Management responsibilities: The Rector takes overall responsibility for all activities of the University of Law, and at the same time directly in charge of personnel; planning and finance; graduate programs and international collaborative degree programs; assessment and education quality assurance; international cooperation and development. The Rector directs the activities of the following units: Department of Education and Student Affairs, Department of Educational Testing and Quality Assurance, Department of Planning and Finance, Faculty of Civil Law, Faculty of Constitutional and Administrative Law.

Directing the activities of the following units: Department of Administration and Governance, Faculty of Theory and History of State and Law, Faculty of Business Law.
